Clothing Jewelry and Accessories
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holiday excluded.
Homeware and Glassware
Orders will ship within 3-7 business days. Because each piece is unique, each item will need to be packaged with care before it makes its way to its new home.
Furniture
Once you purchase a piece of furniture, a member of our team will reach out to you in order to work with you on getting your item to you as quickly and safely as possible. All furniture shipping costs will be billed to the customer after the item is purchased. It will include any crating, packaging materials, and handling fees. If an invoice for shipping isn't paid within 72 hours of receipt, the order will be refunded in full. We will include the approximate weight and size of each item in the description of the item, so that you're able to get an approximate freight quote prior to completing your purchase.
If you would prefer to use your own carrier and set up pick up/shipping yourself please let us know when we contact you. Any item where freight isn't arranged within 5 business days of purchase, will be refunded.
Once shipping is paid for, the item will be packaged and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Local Pick Up and Delivery
Local pick up and delivery is available within the Nashville, TN area.
If you would like us to deliver your item locally, we will send you an invoice for that fee and schedule the earliest available delivery time.
Cancellation Policy
B Curated reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping times may be affected by changes at USPS.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We ship USPS. B Curated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation. Please contact us at info@b-curated.com within 14 days of your purchase date with any issues or inquiries regarding your delivery.
International Shipping
B Curated ships (clothing, jewelry, and accessories) worldwide (some countries excluded). All items are shipped via USPS or DHL and rates depend on the weight and size of the order. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. B Curated is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur.
Glassware, Homeware, Furniture, and larger items are not eligible to ship internationally.
